Thermal stress caused by difference in temperature can reach or exceed live load and turn into main factor for structural cracks in concrete structure or statically indeterminate structural system. The influence of meteorological phenomena Variation brings about difference in temperature on the structure and causes structure failure during service life. And there has not been perfect theory or analyzing method for the research on how meteorological phenomena affect the temperature function in concrete structure. The thesis brings forward a complete set of method which can calculate the climate data of a structure, and can simulate the variation of meteorological phenomena. An analysis was carried out for the variety regulation of the climate data, and got the main parameters' fitted regression equations (including diurnal variation of the wind speed in summer or in cold wave, and the variation of the temperature in cold wave). After analyzing Shanghai's meteorological data from 1976 to 2005(including solar radiation, diurnal range of temperature in March to September, and velocity of wind), obtained the climate data in the recurrence period of 30 years, 50 years and 100 years. This thesis has done the analysis of thermal stress in concrete structure under certain recurrence period of the environment.
