This paper engages in one kind of new structure with bi-directional large-span, super-length pre-stressed frame of the elevated platform in front of NanJing Railway Station. The structure design was investigated comprehensively according to the Chinese codes for the design of building structure, municipal bridge, highway, and bridges and culverts. During the design stage, Choice of load, control of limit state, mechnical design method of the integer structure and research on the pre-stressed beam were focused on. While concerning the construction period. The plastic ripple pipe and vacuum assistant press plasm techniques, concrete mixed with polypropylene fibers were studied and evaluated. The measurements avoiding the crack of super-length structure were discussed. The site test on the prestressed frame beam was introduced. Finally, some comments and suggestion on the structure design of the elevated bi-directional large-span pre-stressed frame platform were put forward.The main conclusions are summoned as follows. Bi-directional large-span pre-stressed frame can be applied in the elevated bridge. During the design, load should be calculated according to the codes and the limit state should be controlled accordingly. The plastic ripple pipe and vacuum assistant press plasm techniques can improve the workabilitys and density of plasm and reduce the pre-stress loss. Polypropylene fibers can increase the cracking resistance of concrete. The finite program ANSYS can be selected to analyze pre-stressed beam, which has been checked by the site tests.
