The surface electromyogram(SEMG) signals are the time and space synthesis result of complicated muscle electricity active on the top of the skin. It is a sort of bioelectricity signal detected without hurt and has important influence in information sending of nerve system, basic medicine research, clinic diagnosis, sport medicine and rehabilitation engineering.In this paper, the design and realization of a system about adjusting, collecting and processing sEMG signals will be introduced. I also do some basic recognitions to the different upper limb's motion based on the system. The system's hardware is made up of adjusting board and collect- ing board. Through the comparison of many weak signals pre-amplifier, this paper presents a high common-mode rejection pre-amplifier with the core of AD620. The pre-amplifier along with basic filter circuit composes the whole adjusting board.
