Research Of Reinforcement Method For Ships With RCM Theory And Information System Development

Integrated Information System for Shipping Troop's armament of Land force is mainly used for the organization and management of reinforce information, including command control of reinforce activities, monitoring technology state of ships, reliability centered maintenance management, spare part schema aiming for precise delivery and ship maintenance factory management, which are the five main function. The center aim of the system is fully using information technology ,and found four links in the course of ships reinforcement, which are information link , command link , repairing link and equipment link, and makes it to come true that precisely command and control the ships in the whole course, by all factors and systematically.This article makes ships as the object, and researches the fail logic relations of ships based on reliability theory and gives up with a new set of method for RCM and build up a RCM-based maintenance analyze system. According to software engineering method, using net database technology, we developed and completed the Integrated Information System for Shipping Troop's armament of Land force coinciding with the real process of ship fleet. In this paper ,we also talk about the safety technology of the system, describing access control, encrpytion techniques, data backup and getback, operate logs. At last, we make an example of XX type gate system, for which we make an RCM analyse by the method described in the paper. And using this system, we realize the repairing link.
