the hydraulic braking system was the kernel equipment for aircraft's landing and taking off. Anti-skid braking controller was updated ceaselessly with the developed of science technique. In order to improve the quality of manufacture and test, to improve the coherence and the automatic degree of the test system, the anti-skid braking controller test system was designed s.The anti-skid braking controller test system ,which stimulanted the braking state for aircraft, was the main instrument of test and experiment for anti-skid braking controller and validated the working performance of the anti-skid braking controller.The wrok principle of anti-skid brake for aircraft was presented.The constitutes of digital anti-sikd braking system was introduced, also the function of the anti-skid braking controller was described.On the basis of the function of anti-skid braking controller,the demanded function of test system was analyzed and the overall stragy of test system was designed. Using the TI's chip TMS320F240 as the main controller designed the hardware circuit, acquired and dealed with the analog signals and digital signals, lower-computer and upper-computer was communicated by USB bus. In hardware, the mini-system circuit of TMS320F240, the fore-signal modulate circuit, the wheel speed simulated signal circuit, the A/D converse reference power circuit, USB communicated circuit, channel selected circuit, RS485/RS232 converse circuit was designed. The lower software was developed based on CCS integrated environment, was programmed by C and assembly language, while the upper software was developed based on VC++6.0 which is a viewable program tool.the WDM driver program was discussed primality, then CH375 driver program was discussed in-depth, the technique of thread was used to lookup the USB driver and read or write the data, and user login windows,user select windows,user operated windows was designed.The join test of braking system and test system was completed, the result showed that it reached the desired aim and could satisfy with the need of static test for anti-skid braking controller.
