With the development of electrical power system and the appearance of the big machine, the demand to the excitation regulator is higher and higher. At the same time with the use of the computer and big scale integrated Circuit in electric power, the digital excitation regulator will replace the analog excitation regulator. Furthermore, the Micro-controller is more and more widespread, because it is small and special purpose is big. Micro-controller provides the benefit for the special control system.The control nuclear of this system is base on the micro-controller, and use PID control, transform the voltage-stabilized power supply based on simulate component into a digital one. In this paper, it discussed the theory of three-phase whole control; introduce the traits of micro-controller;used PID control in this system. This paper also introduce the design of hardware and software, including the three-phase circuit, protect circuit,trigger circuit,examine circuit and so on in detail. The paper explained the method of control and the thought of soft ware. In regard to the disturbance in this system, adopt corresponding methods to avoid it. This system got used the micro-controller fully, and improve the general use of the power and satisfy with teaching.
