| These years along with the development of power-electronics technique and micro-control technique, permanent magnetic brushless DC motor is characterized by small volume, light weight, high efficiency, low noises, big stand-alone capability and reliability appeared and matured. So it is widely used in many field of national economy, especially in ship electric propulsion.The paper first introduces the basic component parts, the basic running principle, the running characteristic and the transfer function of the BLDC motor, analyses the course of changing phase and distributing of PWM signal. Followed, it introduces the development and application of ARM technique, and the characteristic of chip LPC2210. Based on these facts, it presents the sensor solution for BLDC motor, designs the hardware system and software system. In the design of hardware, it designs the control system with ARM chip - LPC2210 as the center, and detector circuit, protection circuit, based on the research in brushless DC motor. The design makes full use of the hardware resources of chip LPC2210 for high reliability and simplified the construction of system. In order to read and maintain easy, a microprogramming modular is adopted in system software design. A new control strategy of voltage and current PWM is realized for improving motor's working efficiency. System software modules associating the hardware circuit make system more perfect performance of protection and control.In the end, the paper discusses the system debugging and some problem occurred during it. Then we observe parameters of actual system using digital oscillograph and give a conclusion. In fact, the control system work well as it was expected. |
