Telemedicine is an application of Computer Network Technique in the filed of medicine. With the rapid developing of Computer Network, Multimedia and Communication technology, Telemedicine System has been widely used.National Instruments Developed a Virtual Instrument language-LabVIEW, it has abundant functions .Using I/O instrument realize acquisiting and test ing of signals, using powerful software realize calculating and analyzing and disposing of data, using the displayer to simulate the tradition control panel, in order to realize all kinds of testing functions through computer.Based on the analysis of the foreign Telemedicine development, according to the recent Telemedicine requirements, design a Telemedicine system based on Virtual Instrument.Firstly, electro-cardio signal collective module, including ECG signalpreamplifier, high-pass filter, low -pass filter, 50 Hz double T trap filter with adjustable Qvalue, circuit with adjustable gain, has been designed according to the ECG feature.Second, using powerful graph language LabVIEW, designed an easy to operate and beautiful PC Test system, including the analyse and disposal and display and store the ECG data, meanwhile, design auto-alarm system, the operater can measure the ECG quality of the patient real time, then can give the diagnoses and treatment.Finally, with the virtual instrument technology as the platform, a Telemedicine system is developed. The dynamic transmission of monitoring data is realied throngh the DataSocket technology and a web-based virtual instrument system is set up in the Web/Browser mode. By using Internet exploration, the ECG quality in the remote monitoring of DataSocket technology are introduced.Our telemedicine system has the essential functions of Topic telemedicine system and would afford some researching values and practicality values to the construction of our country's telemedicine system.
