Preliminary Explores On The Design Of Research And Innovation Center In Technology Industrial Park

In the current information time, Science and Industry Park is no doubt one of the best witnesses and carriers of scientific and talents competition among countries and areas. Facing the current research situation that most of the theoretical exploration on science parks is macro instead of micro, the article focuses the architectural design stratum, taking the main creative space in the science parks, i.e. research and development center, as the objective to study and then discuss.The first part of the paper takes the large environment of science parks as background, several factors that influence the science park R&D center construction as the cut-in point, putting forward several conceptions and rules on the design of science park R&D center architectural design on the basis of the special time, environment in which the R&D center is in as well as its special functions undertaken, and combining a lot of cases to draw the detailed design strategies and methods corresponding to the theories. The later part of the text starts from two aspects. First, taking the office and lab spaces of the R&D center as key point to discuss the material space construction of the R&D center. Second, it discusses the construction of communication space of the R&D center, i.e. based on the importance of communication to the research and development activities,this part is inevitable. At last, the article introduces the project the author participated, i.e. Hefei JAC R&D center planning and design, and takes this as the initial attempt of organic combination of theories and practice.Reading the whole article, the author adopted the method of combining information correction and deduction, and case studies and self practice, supported by relevant theories of urban planning and architectural design, expatiated the relevant features and its design conception of the science park R&D center. It is also put forward in the article the possible methods and countermeasures so as to provide certain reference for the future practice.
