Any heating surface has ash fouling ubiquitously in coal-fired boilers, preventing and alleviating ash fouling of heating surfaces is one of the most important problems that ensure the safety and efficiency of boilers. For the moment, sootblowing for coal-fired boilers in power plants lack the inspecting to the heating surfaces. This method is very blindness, so there is the important value that study ash monitoring and sootblowing optimizing and develop correlative software in this paper.The studying works and productions in this paper are as follows:1. Modeling the heat transfer capacity of cleanly heating surfaces. This model can calculate the ideal heat transfer coefficient and hear transfer capacity based on boilers'framework and the characteristic of flue gas and medium.2. Modeling the heat transfer capacity of cleanly heating surfaces based on statistical analysis. This model can reflect the facticity of cleanly heating surfaces.3. Modeling the temperature of flue gas in high temperature regions. This model only need industrial component of coal and has enough precision.4. Bringing forward the scheme of sootblowing optimizing that confirm time- interval of sootblowing with maximum economization.5. Developing the ash monitoring and sootblowing advisory system software for coal-fired boilers in power plants and introducing the interfaces, framework and application of this software detailedly.
