The Reducer Design And Application For Mass Customization

People are in pursuit of the individual product and service increasingly with the improvement of the standard of living. The mode of mass production is embarrassed gradually and become helplessly. Meanwhile the mode of Mass Customization emerges as the times require, which enable to meet the individual requirement from the client on the condition of not affecting the benefit of the enterprise. Thereby, Mass Customization become the inevitable trend in the field of enterprise management.Mass Customization(MC) aims at providing customized products with the efficiency and cost of mass production. It is considered as the new frontier of 21st century. With the the whole world and variability and disperse market competition day by day, companies have to transit from mass production, with focuses on products, to Mass Customization, which focuses on customers, then it can occupies a tiny space on international market . Design for Mass Customization(DFMC) is the key aspect for the implementing of mass customization. Changes of design technology will influence all the company.Describes entirety mass customization,including background, conception, essential characteristic,etc., environmental requirement and confirms working process in DFMC enforcement, analizes the characteristic of two steps of operation flow and research the basic theories of mass customization, including the design for product family, modularity design,standardization design and so on. Put forward a preliminary design of structural system for MC in view of the problems of existing product design of company.This paper discusses the fundamental principles and methods on products classification encode, set up the classification encode system on enterprise, giving encode system structure of reducer. In view of the function of modularized in product design and the manufacturing processes , It analizes the features of modularized in the mode of mass customization and production, brings forward DMFC methods of faceing towards modularized, describes executing process and technology keys of modularized design, defines the product using technology of quality and function configuration,and converts clients'demands into technology requirements of product, carryies out the programming to the group of products about functions,principles and structures binding the reducer,then founds the product model. According to the reducer stucture, it divides assmeble layers, constitutes model and relation on layers assmeble,achieves virtual assmeble of reducer, by the measure of the system about beforehand assmeble to digitalizing products.
