Load optimizing distribution is the method that distributes the load to all units of the plants and makes the fuel exhausting be minimum.This paper deals with heating units, discussion centering about the question of load optimizing dispatching in congeneration power plant, especially studying on optimizes algorithms. This paper analyses the changing states of heating units and comes up with the character function. Taking on whole power plant coal consumption amount as economic evaluation index makes the issue have comparability. Three kinds of optimizes algorithms, Equal microincreasing,Dynamic programming,Genetic algorithm(GA), are studied in this paper, Equal microincreasing requires the characteristic curve of energy consumption harshly, use is limited; aproach one by one avoid the"dimensions disaster"; a improved GA is presented, and the author compares every characteristic and feasibility of algorithm through analyzing every result of calculation of algorithm.
