It is a new domain that rubbish-depositing was emerged by quicken citifying in our country. In the coastland, it was very important, to construct a field of rubbish-depositing, especially in the soft-soil coastland that is so large scale, pore water is squeezed in time effecting by variety load, increasing of the foundation soil's intensity is or not accordance to anticipate, and so on. Nowadays, in the domestic domain, it is a few to research into consolidation changing rules, increasing intensity of foundation soil, or the stability of foundation soil by enhancing load slowly and layeredly.In the thesis, the geotechnical engineering evaluating-methods is used to apply to compute and analyse the foundation on the soft-soil coastland that will be economical, safe and reliable. The main ideas are academic researches on the relations between foundation's concreting and timing, the mode and value of the intensity of foundation soil enhancing by timing, analyzing stability of foundation.Constructing the field of rubbish-depositing not only analyses the foundation's stability, but also considers consolidation and subsidence of the soft-soil foundation. It makes clear by slip circle method to construct the field of rubbish-depositing maybe cuts down total of foundation dealing works to use intensity by itself and enhancing by time, though rubbish-depositing is a very long period. The slipping and splitting section will be potentially appeared in the edge of rubbish-depositing fields, hence it is more safe that the rubbish will be on the foot of whole rubbish body, or designed reinforcement in somewhere when the rubbish is deposited.The intensity of rubbish-soil is very effective to the unitary area. When the intensity of rubbish-depositing place equals the foundation, the slipping and splitting section will be put into the foundation. If the intensity of foundation land is higher, the slipping and splitting section will be occurred in its interior, so the rubbish-depositing body is ruined by itself. In a representative rubbish-depositing field, its drainage system is in the bottom, the pressure of dewatering orifice is high near the earth's surface. Therefore it will be thought about whether the foundation's intensify is overly evaluated through analyzing average concreting degree by slip circle method, it will be unsafe. It is more logical to analyse increasing foundation's intension through measuring the pressure of dewatering orifice or degree of consolidation.
