| The Technology of Cement-Soil Stirred T(X) Pile is the method that implant T(å·¥) pile into cement mixing pile, setted as composite retaining and water cut off wall. This wall can work with bracing (soil anchor) as a supporting system. In this paper, this new technology would be researched on some aspects, such as technique features, construction techniques ,construction machinery, mechanics analysis on structure and material, design and calculate, experimental study.This paper concluded the technique features and routine method of Technology of Cement-Soil Stirred T(å·¥) Pile, then introduced the special and general construction machinery for this new technology.There are two materials in this support system, Cement-soil and stiffness core. Cement-soil's mechanical behavior, especially for this new technology are set for systematically.Stiffness core's flexural strength and connecting prefabricated pile of multi-segments are be calculated in this paper, as well as hosting and transporting construction. Based on the analysis of these two materials ,we established two calculation model for this support system, stiffness core-cement soil model and diaphragm wall model.Resulted from flexural and connecting experiment, the calculation model and quality of prefabricated pile are inspected. Field monitoring data from some construction case of Cement-Soil Stirred T(X) Pile has also been analyzed toimprove the design and calculation model. |
