Study On The Green Dwelling Design Of Urban Residential Buildings In LinYi City

Targeting the urban residential areas of the natural and social environment features, Green's status, The paper based on present state of green architecture is a study of urban residential buildings in LinYi city. Through integrated design thinking and passive design strategy from the perspective of the green------land-saving, energy efficiency, water-saving, building materials-saving ,the healthy indoor andoutdoor environment , The residential buildings can provide a more comfortable environment mainly through design strategies and building techniques when using local materials on affordable technology restricting to economic level, thus ,the buildings are consequently reducing consumption of routinely energy and weakening environmental pollution.The paper bases on concrete project investigation and practice in each angle .aiming the comprehensive analysis in different types of residential building's green design at LinYi city including multilayer,high level and so on , the paper places emphasis on exploring green dwelling spaces suiting the local region climate,the energy conservation and environmental prection,the health comfortable in the city. Discussing the method of the urban green dwelling from the design angle, in order to take the reference for the person who is ingaged in the residential building desgin, thus impels the design process in this local urban residential buildings.
