Research On Expert System Of Operational Decision For Protective Relaying Of Sub-transmission Networks

The platform is based on browser/server and the structure of function are decided at first on the base of expert system's fundamental composition ,according to the application field and features of Expert System of Operational Decision For Protective Relaying (ESODPR)of Sub-transmission Networks. Secondly, we have studied several knowledge representations and used the meta-knowledge representation to represent the expert knowledge and store it into the relational database with normalized form. Thirdly, we achieve to convert the data stored in relational database to XML documents, which is simple, well formed and intuitionistic, and improve the consequence of ESODPR. Finally, we study how to deal with the data redundancy and data confliction, and introduce the components of knowledge-base management system by the introduction of usage.
