The paper takes the Beijing city heating present situation as the basis, takes solving the new residential district's heating shoulder as the premise, takes the highly effective and clean uitilization of the clean fuel natural gas as the goal,takes the single consumption of the low-grade heating as the reason,takes the the separated household measurement of the centralism heats as the method, introduces a suitable heating way - low-grade heating's fuel gas_steam union circulation heating system for of the new residential district's characteristic.It is found that in comparison with conventional system it consumes far less fossil fuel. Against the electrically driven heat pump, it provides a more reliable operation. This is important because in China natural gas is relatively scarce and the peak demand appears normally in heating seasons.The paper analysis the energy conservation and the environmental protection performance of low-grade heating's fuel gas_steam union circulation heating system union a actual case. The case's analysis result further indicated that lowly savors heating's fuel gas_steam union circulation heating system brings a green economy, it is not only helpful in promotes Beijing's sustainable development, but also helpful to construction economy, the environment friendly society.
