This article has first studied the unit each hot efficient target computational method, has established the thermodynamic system mathematical model, with deviation analysis method to carry on the analysis to the unit thermodynamic system thermal energy parameter, then give the analysis and the suggestion to the bigger thermal energy parameter that affect the system efficiency, and has studied the thermoelectric power station power supply coal consumption quantitative analysis method, the analysis influence power supply coal consumption factor, has discussed the load economy dispatch and the plant level load optimization assignment technology, then has developed the thermoelectric power station energy consumption target analysis and the management system management system, and using to was actual.With respect to the multi-unit power plant, this system could reduce the net coal consumption rate of thermal power plants of CPI and could enhance the economic benefit of the operation in power plants. In the purpose of make the energy-saving management more efficient and definite, the fuel management function which provides much valuable information of every details in generating electricity, could help the electric power corporations systematize the management of coal consumption rate.
