Research Of SOA In Railway Information System

The article tries to analyze the usage of SOA in Railway Information System and confirm this new technology building a Railway Information System which differs from the old one. With several methods including summarization, comparison and operation, this article gives characteristic and problems of the Railway Information System. For example, dynamic demand of system brings on unstable attribute of the Railway Information System, and the original plan limited the development of system. It presents a propositional way to the issues: Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). The article imports SOA based on introduction of the basic conception of architecture. The advantages of SOA are agility, compatibility and expansibility. These advantages just the character the demands of the Railway Information System.The emphasis of this article is how to build the Railway Information System with SOA. With the Beginning of the demand analysis of service, building basic service, defining contract of service, the article discusses how importing the SOA in Railway Information System, and gives the demonstration to the key technology. We know that there is little usage of the technology in the Railway Information System, the demonstration used in this article is the point of innovation. The example about the article's theme, trying to construct an information system which simulates the Customer Service Information System. The system constructed in Visual Studio 2003.NET platform is a simple simulation of complex system in the real world and contain the SOA technology.
