High-speed rail is a integrated system of high technology, its construction and operation reflects a country’s scientific and technological strength. High-speed railway construction in China has always been the party and government attach great importance, the development of science, a fast and good, gained the success that attract worldwide attention. Compared to the current domestic high-speed railway passenger service information system of project quality management level and the developed countries, there is a big gap, this study hopes to improve the quality of theoretical problems of high speed rail project customer service information system in the control to explore, to provide a theoretical basis and methods to further improve the high-speed railway passenger service information system of project quality management level.This thesis studies the theory development and research status of high speed rail project service quality information management system, in-depth analysis of the core theory, process quality control tools, as well as the quality and process of change: change is bigger, the lower the quality of. Finally, undertake to Tai Chi,"Shijiazhuang-Wuhan passenger dedicated railway passenger service information system construction project" as an example, the process control and improvement method is applied to the engineering quality, through the analysis of the element of the process improvement, control, construction process, verify the effectiveness of the process method in quality improvement mode.In this thesis, the "process approach" to improve the quality of the concrete application method for high-speed railway passenger service information system project has certain operational and practical significance, through the process elements in construction process customer service information system engineering of high speed railway on the analysis and evaluation of engineering project for quantitative analysis and evaluation and improvement.
