Because heavy duty truck is considered important production material which possess of some strong commercial characteristics,Layout designers should concern not only advanced technics and rationality of makup and complete performance,but also product ratio of performance and price,differentias compared with other opponents so as to meet all requests which consumers put forward naturally following life level improving gradually.Layout design have played an important pole in all the phases of develop and design of which method is direct to impact the progress of general product development and implementing effection,dorminate the product characteristics.Among the Preface in chapter one,paragraph of"Layout design have a great crucial impact on product develop"elaborates its standpoint at full length so as to show layout designer's effect which is exerted in product develop depending on ability of organization and administration, application of technical method and extent of mastering experience.Product development process is to support product development organization,layout designers participate in all phases which designers should comply with and exert one's effect.During product advanced sheme and plan general layout designers play only assistant role in this phase to form some certain input conditions for product development. It will help validate and modify general parameters so as to deeply research and analyse relative data.At least we can define complete vehicle layout structure,distribute all speciality group technical design task to be used as input condition for making complete vehicle technical design review.Complete vehicle performance calculation and analysis is important numerical calculation task which is ready for optimizing and defining product main parameters during product concept design and layout design phase,so as to control complete vehicle performance parameter to adapt to work status actually.
