With the development of pre-treatment technology, it is more urgent to produce large-scale transportation equipment. However, it requires further development especially for pre-treatment of automobile. Based on the introduction of advanced technology we research by ourselves, the new double railway suspended transportor was designed, thus it brings forth many chances for volume-produce.The double railway suspended transportor is mainly made up railway system, trolley, synchronization elevating equipment, hanger and electric control equipment, etc. There are all important for the whole transporting system. The bearing wheels are the important parts of the double railway transportor, because they are not only bearing the weight of the bodywork and hanger, but also undertaking the influence of braking of certain time. The rigidity and the degree of distortion of the bearing wheels affect normal work and moving of the whole system. The driving wheels are driven by motor, and then they drive the whole system moving. Their normal working affects successfully moving of the system. So it is necessary to analyse the bearing wheels and driving wheels.Simulation analysis of the whole system was used by ADAMS software in the dissertation, so as to offer authentic data, then, contact analysis was carried out between bearing wheels and railway, driving wheels and railway by the function of ANSYS. There are two design projects for bearing wheels structural frame, however, the former design shows that the contact area is too small between the frame and axle of bearing wheels, this may lead to the stress concentration phenomenon. Contrast analysis was carried on the frame between the former and the later. It is significant for the whole system that the driving wheels can run steadily. Each part for driving device and the characteristic of outer layer polyurethane of driving wheels was analysed.The following contents were mainly researched in the dissertation. (1) Firstly, the characteristic of the single railway and the double railway was contrasted. It is pointed that there are some problems, when the large workpiece and wider materials are transported. And the structure and working principle was analysed.(2) According to the working process of the double railway suspended transportor, the simulation is carried out for anytime braking. The results showed that braking scarcely affected each directional force, and it offered analysis data for FEA.(3) After the model was properly simplified, based on the characteristic of the framework, the software of ANSYS was used to build the simplied model and then it was meshed and applied constrained, this is prepared for next analysis.(4) Based on the characteristic of the double railway suspended transportor, two typical working situations were analysed about bearing wheels, in the worst working situation, the intension of bearing wheels meets systemic requirement.(5) The frame structure of bearing wheels was analysed, comparing to the intention and distortion of two different frames, the results showed that the improved structure had some obvious advantages.(6) It is crucial important about driving function of the double railway suspended transportor for the whole system. After the model was built, contact especially for the intention and distortion of the driving wheels was analysed, the results proved that the original design project was rational.
