The Study On The Residential District Environment Design With Urban Characteristic

Nowadays , breaking the "One side of a thousand cities" and going on its own way according to its features has become each city explores the way of its own homeland characteristic. But the city can't development healthily in urban planning and implementing, especially in the urban residential land for quite high proportion among the urban building land. Most residential buildings design and residential environment design ignores the factors of the geographical and climatic features, history and humanity. Though the internal environment and residential buildings design are individualized, the external residential environment they displayed don't coordinative with the city environment they located in and lay a great influence on the urban configuration and spatial structure and the construction of surroundings of art.This paper studies on the residential district external environment among in urban environment depends on urban design and human settlement environment. It is put forward that the residential buildings design and residential environment design must start with the design of the residential district external environment, and need the urban master concept, regional concept and the artistic properties. With the whole idea, the internal environment design can be done and help to do a unique spiritual cultural environment, constructing pleasant human settlement environment and city environment. At last this paper takes new district in Zhengdong as an example to study on the residential district external environment with urban characteristic.
