Comparing with the ordinary concrete, prestressed concrete could combine high strength reinforced bar with high strength concrete dynamically. Nowadays, the prestressed concrete has been used in the fields of tall buildings, municipal engineering, bridge engineering, towering buildings, nuclear power plant projects and maritime engineering.So more veracious and valid analyse are called for.However, interaction and synergistic deformation of rebar and concrete haven't been considered according to the traditional methods and the results needs to be discussed.It is necessary to test some important members on site to understand actual working station of members.Field static load test of prestressed I-section concrete beam is introduced by a specific engineering in the paper.Finite element analysis could give the whole process of internal forces and deformation of RC structure including cracks emergence and widespread, failure process and failure shape, reveal the weak part of structure, determine the ultimate bearing capacity. The most nodus is how to describe constitutive model and bond-slip between steel and concrete precisely.By virtue of ANSYS, this paper analyzes a prestressed T-section concrete beam simply and rationally. Concrete nonlinear constitutive relation is taken into account and the modeling technology on the occasion of more force bars and curved tendons is especially discussed. Also, the results of field static load test are cited to prove its simple and reasonable aspects.At Iast,not only the physical parameter and geometric parameter influencing the behavior of the beam are confirmed and analyzed,but also the influencing complication of carrying capacity are discussed.The research results of this paper are mainly as follows: Stress status of prestressed T-section concrete beam is thorough investigated on the ground of principle of prestressed concrete structure and field static load test of a prestressed I-section concrete beam of a specific engineering. And it is one of the technical bases to examine whether the beam could be used normally. Using coupled method and temperature-decrease method this paper analyzes the prestressed T-section concrete beam with more tendons and distributed bars in curve with nonlinear finite element of ANSYS, especially elaborates on modeling technology of bonded and unbonded prestressed tendons. The corresponding numerical solution is then obtained and its simple and precise is confirmed through field static load test.And determine factors influencing performance of the prestressed T-section concrete beam by changing physical parameter and geometric parameter. Several suggestions are put forward for the design of the beam.At last, Give the total analysis and investigation of the prestressed T-section concrete beam by nonlinear finite element, and simulate its process from loading to destroying under external loads.
