Therefore it's significant and essential to research into the diaphragm effect, bring forward some questions which should to be taken into account, integrate theory with practice, analyze and contrast with the phenomena of diaphragm effect.The paper introduces summarily the development of the lightweight steel construction at home and makes contrast with the definitions and the correlative specifications of diaphragm effect in domestic standards.
