Profiled sheeting concrete composite slab has been extensively applied to engineering recently because of its big rigidity, good ductility, ease of construction, and economic returns, etc. The shear-bond behavior of composite slabs has been taken into account more and more in order to well develop the combination effect. The well shear-bond behavior between profiled sheeting and concrete is the basis of their cooperation, and would directly have effects on bearing capacity, failure mode, rigidity, deformation design theory of slabs. The behavior and theory on shear-bond slip of profiled sheeting-concrete composite slab is rarely studied at present. So research on the shear-bond slip behavior between profiled sheeting and concrete has great meaning practically and theoretically. The behavior of shear-bond slip between sheeting and concrete was studied experimentally and theoretically. The closed sheeting plates were offered by the Central Research Institute of Building and Construction Group in experiment. The appearance and distribution of cracks, the strain of sheeting, the bond slip between profiled sheeting and concrete, the load-displacement curves of slabs and the ultimate bond bearing capacity are measured in the experiment. The shear-bond failure mode of composite slab, bond slip mechanism, the effects of shear span, sheeting thickness, slab depth, shear connector on the shear-bond slip behavior are analyzed. Based on the basic assumption and theory of elasticity, the differential equations of interface slip between profiled sheeting and concrete are presented under common bending loads. The slip relationship along length of slab are established for simply supported composite slabs under uniform pressure and two-point symmetrical concentrated load, which lays down the foundation for shear-bond slip constitutive relations between profiled sheeting and concrete. The calculating equations of composite slabs considering shear-bond slip performance are established based on the distribution of shear bond stress and interface slip along shear span length of slab obtained in experiment. The typical curves between shear bond stress and slip are obtained according to the load-slip curves at the end of composite slabs. According to the relation between the stress of profiled sheeting and shear bond stress of interface, the equation of shear bond stress and relative slip is deduced. As simplification, the constitutive relationship of average stress and slipτ|--s curves is obtained according to the curves of shear bond stress and slip.
