With urban population rapid increasing, problem that the city uses field become more and more complicated and grave, and exploitation and proportion of underground space are more and more important But, there is particularity in underground, such as: the numbers ofwindows or doors are little. Its lead to the complexity of the smoke's flowing and the difficult of people evacuation. Especially, the personnel is crowded gravely and the noise is very big in the amusement underground building. And people doesn't knows the building well, so the occurrence emergency is not easy to perceive, and will be confused when the emergency is perceived; power out will come with the fire and with the less of window of underground building, then the dim will increase the difficult of the evacuation.A lot of fire cases prove that smoke make the people toxic and smothery. In addition, rapid flow of smoke with high temperature gives rise to prompt spread of fire. Therefore, srrwke exhaust system need to be made in order to control smoke effectively.In our country, fire protection regulation set the underground building must be provided with the appliance of smoke exhaust and air flow. The amount of fresh air mustn' t little than the half amount of smoke exhaust But, there is not many underground entertainment buildings when the norm is worked out, therefore these norms are incomplete, In fact, at present. being for different underground builds the system of smoke exhaust will different, in addition to, fresh air besides having supplemented oxygen to indoor, the question whether the new air help the development of fire haven't answer for high test cost.In the paper, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is used to simulate the effect of smoke flow and smoke control for determined geometric model according to the features of underground amusement building. Considering the impact of different blowing place to the ftuent of the smoke, the blowing place of facing a wall is ascertained the most dangerous place. At last, the confidence that the volume heat source simulating the fire source have be testified to a certain extent, and it is qualitatively analyzed how the smoke movement in the case of natural filling of smoke. Simulation is also finished for requisite exchange flow and air flow in terms of various geometric model when smoke control system is operated, which is about the effect of the power of fire, the number and the arrangement of vent, the high of the building and the fresh air. Valuable results are gained and it is studied how smoke flow and air flow affect of smoke exhaust. Study results make up the shortness of code for fireprotection of underground building..
