Autogeneration System For Production And Working Drawing Of Ship Piping

For a long time, shipbuilding industry efficiency is restricted because Ship piping has hugeous amount, various kinds, fussy design and manufacture. For solving this hard question, shipbuilding enterprise of our country fetch in overseas Tribon system.But the system only presents three-dimensional model of piping,must convert it to planar view for the need of factual production,drawing paper not only has the three-dimensional model showed right on planar view,but also has clear,exact,self-contained,according with project criterion dimension marking.How to use CAD, CAM technology to the process of the ship piping design become one of important tasks of shipbuilding industry currently.Firstly this paper summarizes the research actuality of the field of shipbuilding, piping design and production inland and overseas, then summarizes CAD technology,expert system, group technology,intelligentized dimension marking technology adoptived by the system,afterward analyzes the user requirement of the actual environment,establishs the total solution of the system,designs the data stream, the running mode,the function structure, confirms system work flow and carves up primary function model. Subsequently, it studies the methods of ditilling piping data and implement that funtion.By the data from Tribon system,it combines expert system and group technology to create piping planar view automatically;and use intelligentized dimension marking technology to examine including case of the marking figure ,makes grouping and delamination,by inspecting intervention, then builds dimension marking automatically.On the basic of the discussion of the user view plan, this paper expounds the realization of the user view logical layout which based on the ActiveX technology. It designs auto ploting plan that according factual environment of enterprises to improve all system's efficiency more.The Autogeneration system for Production and Working Drawing of Ship Piping has been applied to the factual ship design and manufacture, and achieves the intention of the efficiency enhancement, the improvement of the enterprise standardization, and the shortage of the design cycle.
