| Senic spots sites were precedentedly developed since 1980s in our country. With the rise of holiday tourism economics, disorderly buildings in the sites is more severe, which results in unassessable disadvantages to the senic resources. How to reasonably exploit the resources and keep its permenant utilization is emerged. Compared with national park abroad, management on senic spots sites in our country is more lagged. Further investigations on sustainable development of senic spot sites is imminently needed to contract gap beween our country and developed coutries.Based on a nearly ten years practical experience of management on senic spot sites, the research was carried out. From May 2004 to Mar 2006, the data about 5 provincial senic spot sites in Zibo examined on the spot one by one, the predecesor's experience, and the status quo of senic resource, ecological constrution, especially the assessment on plants resouces were taken together for this assay. Theories about landscape ecology, senic sites planning and sustainable development were comprehensively applied, management experience of ecological construction in senic spots home and abroad were referenced, the status quo, advanced development and problems existing in Zibo senic spots were studied, and the strategies of ecological construction and sustainable development in Zibo senic spots were also discussed.In the way of put sustainable development into practice, construction of information monitorring system, as well as construction of models about ecological sensitive factors and their data observation were underlined to explore a sustainable development way for the achievement of general optimization of the subject.
