Shandong Section of the eastern line of South to North Water Diversion project is a giant water diversion project which covers 3 river basins and 14 cities. According to the engineering construction and the movement management demand analysis, the research establishes one take information gathering as the foundation, take the communications system as a platform, take consults with the monitoring as support information gathering and the transmission system.The information collecting system includes hydrology information, water quality information and establishment working information collecting. Involves 1 center, 7 sub-centers, 7 pumping stations, 65 floodgates after the analysis system stands, 33 water diversion river mouths, 318 hydrology measuring points, 119 water quality measuring points, 4 lakes and the reservoir as well as 8 river courses; Because information many survey way in aspects and so on technology, method, precision, performance-to-price ratio and compatibility respectively different, the process research, the comparison and the analysis, determined as circumstances permit the different stand the information gathering way and the transmission method, the solution adjust the real-time online survey water level, the current capacity, the water quality actual problem which the water project needs.The information real-time, accurate, the reliable transmission had requires the communications platform to be demanded, in the investigation and study along the route existing water conservation and other communication circuit and in the facility foundation, intelligence transmission services and so on analysis and computation pronunciation, data and image to the communications system parameter demand, the research determined communications system construction goal, scope, capacity, route establishment, mode of transmission and so on, then structure more than one kind of link contacting, backbone optical fiber net primarily, two levels of turning on and switching network for auxiliary, economical, wide band, multi-service characteristic communications system, and confirms the channel redundant quantity.Depends on the 2.5Gb/s high speed wide band optical fiber communications network, the analysis dispatch consulted the visualization and the key pump floodgate stands the surveillance demand, plans based on the IP package of exchange network, 1 MCU center, 7 central and 51 video frequency terminal video frequency consulted with the supervisory system, and to the H. 323 network standard, radial or striation network topology, the QOS safeguard agreement as well as the frame frequency, the labial synchronization and so on carries on the research elaboration.Finally, from use economical, advanced technologies and so on gathering, sensing, correspondence, video frequency, for adjusts the water project to provide real-time, accurate, reliable information and so on pronunciation, data, image angles, this article analyze and appraised this system research value and in the future application prospect.
