| At present, the most common method to diagnose the cardiovascular disease is to make the electrocardiogram (ECG) in the hospital. This method may reflect the patient's heart function situation directly, but has limited the doctors'operating region which makes the emphasis of their work mainly on the patients who are ill or have already fallen ill. It is very difficult to pay attention to the crowds in sub-health condition outside of the hospital. But with social life rhythm speeding up, the crowds in sub-health condition outside of the hospital receive the threat of the heart disease seriously. But there is no heart pre-warning and rescue system which is the nationwide, large scale and consummate outside of the hospital in the country.In view of the requests of modern medical service, the thesis proposed a new plan of long-distance unusual ECG signal monitoring system according as the gradually well-rounded GPRS wireless data transmission and the perfect ECG detecting technology. The monitoring system was composed of the hospital monitor center server and the ECG signal detecting device which was on the body of patient. The ECG signal detecting device could collect patient's ECG signals real-timely, at the same time it dealt with and analyzed the signals. If the signals analyzed were unusual, the ECG signal detecting device could transmit the unusual ECG signals through the GPRS network to the hospital monitoring center server automatically. In the ECG monitoring center, after the professional doctor or the heart blood vessel of brain experts analyzed and diagnosed the ECG signals, the results would be fed back to the ECG signal detecting device, and the patient could realize the situation of his own heart at any time.
