At present,electric energy becomes an indispensable part of life and work,which requires the power system to be stable enough.In power system,battery can store electric energy.When the bus voltage is insufficient,the battery releases the stored electric energy through chemical reaction to maintain the voltage stability.The normal operation of the battery directly affects the stability of the system,so the real-time control of the performance parameters and health status of the battery has become a research hotspot at home and abroad.In this paper,the lead-acid battery in the wind solar complementary power generation system is taken as the research object.Firstly,the working principle and main performance parameters of the battery are introduced.Secondly,according to the current research trend,the estimation method of state of charge is studied.The SOC of battery is estimated by Extended Kalman Filter and simulated by MATLAB.The experimental results show that the estimation error is less than 1%,which verifies the validity of the extended Kalman filter algorithm.Thirdly,STM32F407VET6 single chip microcomputer is used as the main controller to control the charge and discharge of the battery through the charge and discharge circuit,and the on-line collection of the charge and discharge current,voltage,temperature and internal resistance of the battery is realized by the voltage and current collection circuit,temperature sensor and internal resistance measurement circuit.Finally,through the GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)module,the collected data is uploaded to the MySQL database in Alibaba cloud server.In the database,according to the internal resistance of the battery,the health status of the battery is evaluated online.Users can log in to the monitoring page through the web client anywhere,find problems and replace the battery as early as possible,so as to reduce unnecessary losses.In this paper,through the joint test of the lower computer and the web client,the performance parameters of the battery are monitored remotely and real-time.Users can view the real-time data and health status through the web client,find the problem battery,replace it in time,reduce the loss and save the cost,which has a certain practical value.
