The Construction Technology Of Chengdu-Mianyang Intersection At The Chengdu Third Ring Road

Bridge construction is the key to bridge building. The construction technology directly relates to the development of bridge construction. Construction calculation is a very important part of the construction process. Thus, the bridge construction calculation has always been a very important part of bridge engineering.The thesis is a summary and study result of construction process of the bridge. The following aspects are clarified in detail:I. The construction of continuous cast-in-site box girder full framing is common for super-structure of a municipal intersection, which can speed up the bridge construction, economize land occupation and simplify construction technology. However, the frames are usually set up by the past experience and no systematic theoretic calculation is carried out in daily construction. In such a case, the quantity of frames may be waste while the structure loading is relatively low, which may cause unnecessary economic loss. Thus, this thesis theoretically describes the calculation mode of frame construction and provides a relatively detailed reference for construction of the same type of bridges or other buildings.II. The super-structure applying double guiding girder assembled by 54-type Bailey Beams elaborates its characteristics and economizes the construction on a large scale.Bailey Beam is used to be applied to the construction of temporary bridge or military temporary bridges. Bailey beam is characterized with assembly and disassembly convenience, unified specifications and pin linkage. In addition, Bailey beams are stored as combat readiness materials whose utilization rate is low, and large sum of money is used for their maintenance. This bridge, for the first time applies Bailey beams as its double guiding girder to the construction of superstructure, which adds a splendid page to the construction of super-structures of bridges in Sichuan Province. The knowledge of Bailey Beam has a far-reaching effect. The value in use of Bailey Beam has been upgraded and achieved a good technical and economical benefit.
