| Recent years,with the rapid development of transport,highway mileagehas become longer,and people increase the demands of driving comfort andother requirements gradually. According to the survey,the index of road linearcan basically meet the technical requirements of the appropriate level of road;however,the linear of the bridge was generally poor and affected driving safetyand comfort.It was closely related from bridge design to all aspects ofconstruction.In this paper,we studied the factors of impacted of in-situ box girder linearfirst,discussed the factors influenced the box girder linear in detail,includingthe condition of the foundation,the transform of frame,the constructiontechnology of box girder bridge and bridge deck pavement and so on,andproceed the numerical simulation analysis of box girder construction. Then,according to the influence of factors discussed above,point out the measures toimprove and enhance the box girder linear respectively. Finally,an engineeringproject was discussed from the improving the bridge deck concrete pouringmethods,measures to improve the leveling and controlling the concrete mixingprocess and so on,and get full-bridge linear test pass rate of90%tested by3-meter straightedge,in response to the bridge deck pavement construction.Through the theoretical analysis,numerical analysis and the discuss ofengineering project,the cast-in-site concrete continuous box girder linear wasstudied systematicly, and the theoretical basis and reference for futureengineering projects was provided. |
