The Study And Delevopment Of Reinforcement Calculating And Management Application Software Of YTONG Slab

YTONG Company always reinforces slabs relying on personal engineering experience when producing slabs. This brings about several disadvantages, among which one is that too much steel is always wasted, and another is that if sometimes steel is insufficient, it may result in accidents. So YTONG research center of Tongji University has decided to develop reinforcement calculation and management application software of YTONG slabs. This paper is intended to do an experiment research of definite profundity and then introduces approaches to develop the software.First, this paper introduces theoretical and actual background of the research work and summarizes the research actuality in China and abroad, so that the theoretical and actual significance of the research is made evident. Then, through the bending experiment of seven YTONG sand autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, we have studied the flexural performance of YTONG slab under normal service load. Based on experimental results and reinforcement concrete theory, we gain that the flexural performance of YTONG slab is related to deformation and strength, hence the calculating formula is brought forward. We have also studied the strength of different kinds of joints by the experiment of YTONG slab joints, and presented the recommended table of joints chosen.After we gained the calculating formula, this paper introduces methods of development and approaches to conceive database of YTONG slab software. Then, the software structure and program is introduced.Finally, this paper investigates how to create YTONG drawing in CAD environment. If we input the initial parameter, the YTONG reinforcement drawing will be created automatically.In the end, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
