| With the rapid development of Chinese high-rise (skyscraper)and great progress of wall innovation the light weight, high strength, environment protective and energy saving new wall materials are urgent needed. YTONG block and panel can satisfy all needs of above and are the perfect wall material. But it is not long before YTONG was introduced into China and its characteristics are not widely known by the Chinese. So on the basis of experiments we studied the specialists of YTONG products. There are three parts research work involved in the thesis:1,By the joint intensity experiments of 83 YTONG wall panel, we studied four fittings' joint intensity according to different thickness of wall panel and dispose ways of steel bar in the panel. We analyzed how the different fittings, thickness and dispose ways of steel bar affected the joint intensity. The propositional joint design strength table is presented with different fittings, thickness and dispose ways of steel bar.2,The YTONG block wall and panel wall filled in the steel frame were carried out the experiment in the situation of simulating earthquake. Based on the test, we know about the aseismatic performance of the block wall itself and the YTONG filler wall connect with the steel frame by the L iron; and the aseismatic performance of the panel wall itself and the YTONG panel wall connect with the steel frame by the pipe anchor; and the aseismatic performance of the filler wall with window and the panel wall with window; and the performance of the window's steel reinforcement.3,Two YTONG panels sticked with tile were added repeating load two sides. The tile's pulling resistance of the two panels with load test and one panel without load test is contrasted and analyzed. |
