Reseach Of Proportion Of Car Parking Spaces' Supply In Chinese Cities

Demand of parking space is increasing unceasingly ,along with the development of city ecnomy,along with advance of mechanization level , particularly along with fast inceasing of motor vehicles'quantity. Parking problem become worse and worse in the large cities in China and in all the world.It arose people's recognition,and researches of parking programming have been put up in the large local cities .being an inportant part of parking programming ,the proportion of supply of parking establishment is the basis to ascertain dimension and position of each kind of parking establishment.Firstly , analyzed the present problems of supply's structure of parking pots in cities in China. For historical reasons, supply of parking facilities is inadequate and the supply structure is irrational in local cities. Irrational structure manifested in: Irrational structure manifested in : the proportion of public parking facilities out of roads is small, it doesn't exist a real sense of public parking facilities out of road in some cities; while the proportion of roadside parking is high , and the dynamic traffic is seriously affected..Followed by, this paper analyzed characters of the various parking facilities. Basing on this,studied the factors which can impact supply structure of parking facilities. Leading by supply_need relations of parking lots, this paper analysied the affections of the factors of parking demand, parking lots'benefits and strategies to supply and supply structure. Based on actuality ,studied the strategies of the parking facilities'supply adapt to local cities.Then based on the strategies and theory of avail maximize,this paper discussed the means to ascertain the supply structure. On the base of game theory ,this paper established benefits'functions of the tripartite sides(users ,suppliers and governor), and analyzed the game process of the tripartite sides ,from the benefits game analysis found the orientation of various parking facilities. Established parking facilities benefits evaluative index system, got benefits evaluation based on AHP , and forcasted the supply structure of parking facilities. Created Logit models based on actions of parking choice, and seek the probability of parking facilities were chosen at the expected characteristic of parking facilities , i.e. the supply structure, it can be the certification of the supply structure. based on the evaluation of the benefits.Combined the outcome and status quo of parking facilities pertain to public buildings been open to the community in local cities to determine the final structure.Lastly, give some advises of strategy on development of parking trade,include advises of investment and management.
