Study On Parking Characteristics And Charging Game Process Inside Road Parking

Parking in the road as the supplementary part of parking system will play a more important role in the city of the future development.This paper relies based on the analysis of research status quo of the domestic and foreign scholars in the parking area, through questionnaire survey and observation investigation method, collecting a large number of research area inside road parking area parking related data. Detailed analysis and summary of parking system including parkers, parking vehicles, parking facilities and environmental characteristics composed of three.Firstly, defined the parking system including the characteristics of individual property features of parkers, parked vehicle type, parking behavior characteristics and parking facilities using features. Including parkers’personal property characteristics, parked vehicles types, parking behavior characteristics and parking facilities using features. Parking facility characteristics were evaluated by calculating the accumulation parking, parking turnover, average berth utilization, the summit parking index and other indicators, at the same time, correlation analysis was carried out on the various characteristics.Furthermore, based on bargaining theory parking fees, bargaining distribution proportion, bargaining and personal attributes and the correlation analysis between parking behavior, set up bargaining game model between parking and parking staff. And provides up to the game process between the two sides come to an end at most the third stage. Using the reverse solving method to solve the game model and positive description and analysis of the game process.Paper finally through the case analysis to validity check of bargaining game model, as a case study of four kinds of parking purposes calculation of corresponding time value of parking and parking staff and the end of the process of game stage and both of final returns.
