On the basis of the simple introduction of the electric actuality, the forecast of the"fifteenth-years"power requirement is completed by the method of department analysis and borough analysis, and then the forecast of load and electricity sale is farther discussed. Then plannings are investigated on the basis the condition analysis and the demand of the market.
