The correctness of the grid scheduling that related to whether the grid’s operation issafe or not. The dispatcher most important one of the day-to-day work is the preparation ofoperation scheduling. In order to reduce the workload of the dispatcher and improve thecorrectness of operation scheduling, use operation scheduling system billing is theinevitable trend of development. Currently, operation scheduling system has done a lot ofresearch at home and abroad, and the research has achieved some results. But theintelligence and versatility of the actual put into operation dispatch ticket system is poor,the lack of a comprehensive security check function. Its development is only for a certainarea of the grid characteristics and scheduling rules, the system can not be applicable toother areas. The user maintenance is difficulty, when the grid structure and schedulingrules is changed, it can only modify the system by developers with programming. Thecurrent operation scheduling system can only check five anti-anti-error, and it lack ofreal-time security checking, static security check and secondary equipment safety check,can not guarantee the correctness of the open scheduling votes.This paper, the intelligent dispatching operation order expert system solves the aboveproblems. It uses object-oriented knowledge representation on the bus, main transformer,line, switch knife, interval unit and the secondary device class, and design rules andterminology databases, select "rule frame+rule body" rule representation method torepresent the operation rule knowledge. The system uses UCCDraw graphics platformcompleted the modeling of topological graph, and studies electrical topology analysismethod and topology coloring. This paper designs tree inference engine, and studiesreasoning principle, formation and to determine the method of inference programs. In thispaper, a comprehensive study of the safety check, the use of topology coloring todetermine the scope of power, the real-time data that based SCADA system is used tomake real-time check of the billing process and the implementation process, flowcalculation as the basis of static security check. And it studies the method of secondaryequipment safety check.The theoretical research is applied to design the intelligent dispatching operationorder expert systemof hydropower plant of Henan Nanyang oilfield. Realization of thesystem developed by B/S and C/S mixed mode. The system has the versatility andintelligence, and the ability to conduct a comprehensive safety check. Practice has proved that the system improved the the scheduling automation level of the hydroelectric powerplant, reduced the workload of the dispatcher and improved the safe operation of the grid.
