Water network is one of the important infrastructures in city, and its emergency directly threatens urban public safety. Comprehensively and systematically acquiring the state of water network operation in emergency, in conjunction with understanding of the seriousness of the emergency in every part of the water network, is an important topic to reduce the accidents and strengthen the reliability of water supply system security.All the work of the subject was on the basis of microscope model of the water supply system. Combining with the actual drinking pipe network of Daoli and Daowai districts in Harbin, the paper introduced the establishment process of microscope model of water supply system, and conducted the status analysis based on water distribution model.In combination with calculation cases, a hydraulic calculation analysis of status in emergencies for water supply system was performed. Because of network emergencies, the topology configuration of entire network considerably changed, and the pressure of some nodes was on the low side, thus affected the demand at the nodes. Using low-pressure water network calculation method, to make calculations closer to the real operational status of water supply system in emergency situations, the paper fully considered the impact of nodes pressure on nodes flow in the calculation. At the same time, the comparison between the three state parameters of normal, emergency and the operation of valves was performed to determine the impact of the accident to the normal work of network. The work could make managers to understand more clearly about the work state of network in emergency conditions and grasp the dynamic operation of the system, which could provide premise for the flowing accident appraisal and assurance for handling accidents and minimizing the effects of accidents accurately and efficiently.As a certain degree of ambiguity for emergency, the comprehensive fuzzy assessment methodology and theoretical in vague mathematics was introduced in the paper, and the concept of establishing the emergency assessment system for water network was proposed.
