High-rise buildings are the main features of modern cities.For their high dense population and high stories, the building water supply system is more complex and has longer pipe branch. Any damage will influence water quality and water pressure.Meanwhile,the fault will impact on people's work and life seriously in different degree.As the last one kilometer of urban water supply system, The main purpose of the building water supply system is bringing the water of pipe network into the buildings safely. With the speeding up of city modernization, building water supply enterprise also is in rapid development, but also there are a lot of potential safety problems. Domestic research on safety evaluation of building water supply system is few, so the water supply system for safety assessment is imminent.In this paper, on the basis of the theory of system security,several important concepts of risk and safety assessment method are introduced. This paper is based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP). The main content is as follows:(1)Throughthe analysis about security evaluation literature of building watersupply system,we get the development trend of the safety evaluation and the latest research results.(2)Based on the investigation ofbuilding water supply system in several buildings and summary the results of the literature, The whole water supply system is decomposed into six aspects: operational safety, water quality safety, environmental safety, equipment safety, pipeline safety and manipulatingsafety. On this basis, by decomposing the rule layer, we obtained 18 measures layer index. We constructed the evaluation index system of building water supply system.(3)Using the safety evaluation model to evaluate actual building water supply system,the main influence factors are: inadequateflows, backflow and pipeline scaling and determine the risk level of the building water supply system. At last,we put forward Reasonable protective measures for the design, use and management in the future.
