A majority of Cement concrete pavement is on the point of attaining service life in our country; How to deal with a great deal Cement concrete becomes a problem which need be settled as soon as possible. Turning cement concrete into as base course material by break up cement concrete, it is proved as an effective way to settle this problem. if recycled aggregate concrete is adapt to base course material ,which not only protect circumstance save limited land and natural aggregate resource , but also sharply reduce construction cost .In contrast with natural aggregate, The feature of recycled aggregate is low intensity, Roughness surface, large absorbing water , Including crystal water and so on .RCA is provided with preferably interface bonding property and superior bond stress; there is title cement with bonding property in fine RCA; The content of fine RCA directly affects the mechanical property of cement stable base course ;Crystal water may impact the content of best water content of RCA .Because Compaction and static compression test arose interior of material arose shatter in the procession of model,using those methods of modeling must be produceObjection in interior of base course ;therefore,in this paper,using the methodofVibrationmodel,inordertopreferable simulate practical situation,confirm Parameter of Vibration model is adapt to all kinds of vibratory roller。This paper utilizes the vibrating compaction molding method to mold recycled aggregate base,with entire and partial unconfined compression test, unconfined compressive elastic module test, spitting strength test and bending test,mechanics index of cement stabilized recycled aggregate base and adding partial crushed stone recycled aggregate base and compare mechanics index with other kind of cement stabilized base. the outcome of the test indicates that the mechanics index of the cement stabilized recycled aggregate base and adding partial crushed stone recycled aggregate base both satisfy the regulation and is better than that of other kinds cement stabilized base.Mechanical property of the cement stabilized recycled aggregate base is higher than that of the other,so this paper only study the pavement performance of cement stabilized recycled aggregate base.
