Design And Implementation Of Reservoir Regulation Information Issue System Based On .NET

The popularization of modern communication and net technology brings water industry new chances and challenges. Nowadays, the traditional reservoir regulation information issue systems have not met the requirement of reservoir regulation information issue. Their disadvantages such as the single way of information issue, lower reliability and the design of the software is unreasonable have restrained heavily the efficiency of reservoir regulation information issue and the development of water information. Therefore, it is a necessary trend that builds the advanced information issue system by multiple ways. Building the reservoir regulation information issue system based on .NET frame is order to set up the information query and issue system based on modern communication and net technology that holds the multiple ways of information issue. The reality of the system can improve the reliability and instantaneity of forecasting the situation of flood and drought, meanwhile, it can also support the scientific proof for the decision of preventing flood, fighting the drought, dealing with the emergency and rescuing the disaster.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional reservoir regulation information issue, and put forwards the design idea and reality project based them.
