The industry of maintenance, reinforcement and reconstruction for the existing building is one of the most popular industries in twenty-first century.Following the requirement of the maintenance and the development of modern technology, the reliability appraisal, the strengthening and reconstruction technology for the existing building comes into being as a new science gradually and develops rapidly.Referring to engineering application, the dissertation gives systematic analysis and rather deeply theoretical discussion on the skill of the reliability appraisal and reinforcing technology of the masonry structure bearing structure.The main content of the dissertation is as following:1.The development of the reinforcement and reconstruct at home and abroad is shown in this paper; also the purpose and approaches of the reliability estimation and reinforcement of the existing building is defined.Introduce the necessity and significance of doing research on reliability estimation and reinforcement of the existing building when our building enter the third development period whose main projects are reconstruction,maintenance and reinforcement.2.Briefly introduce the basic knowledge on theories of the appraisal construction reliability;state the aim, ways and steps of the reliability appraisal of the existing building; examination for being out of shape; the principles of the gradation for single or same kind members; the levels of the reliability appraisal.3. After comprehensively analyzing reasons for the existing building reinforcement and its press force characteristics after reinforced, introduce the reinforcement principle of the masonry structure; study on subjects of co-adoption of new and old construction materials in the process of reinforcing construction; deeply discuss the reinforcement ways that are used frequently in the masonry structure; generally introduce the cement grout in approach, buttress column strengthening steel-mesh cement mortar strengthening, construction structure strengthening and point out the construct and calculate main points of all kinds of strengthening ways.4.
