The Reaserch Of New Structure System In Small Town Housing

With the rapid progress of urbanlization and the need of housing in small town of our country, the speed of small town building construction is faster and faster. Meanwhile, the reaserch of new structure system in small town housing is much slower than the construction development of small town. It can be seen that many behindhand, low-efficiency, unzoolgy and unenviormental buiding materials are still being used in most of small towns in our country, especially the use of clay. Our government has utilized many compellent measures to forbid the use of clay. Because of these, the research of new structure system to replace the clay is more meaningful now.The new structure system of small town should accommodate to the variation of and contents the need and the demand of different resident earning of small town. Housing energy saving should also being fulfilled. We should utilize actively the local resources and use low-energy consumption, high intension new structure system. This new structure system should be able to replace the clay and be able to industrialized produce. This research not only can give valuable advice to the construction of small town, but also can produce economical benefits to reduce the risks and decrease the use of clay to protect the living enviorment of small town.With all of these, we can impel the transition of the use of building material in small town.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter One introduces background, objective, signification and methods of the study; Chapter Two introduces the definition and the characteristics of new structure system of small town and foreign structure system characteristics; Based on the field survey of mine, Chapter Three explains structure system actuality of small town; Chapter Four introduces the structure system development of small town and analyses the selection of the structure system of small town; Chapter Five confirm several structure system project and study from pyrology capability, using range, technique complexity degree aspects. After that, we can optimize the selection of new structure system of small town.
