A Study On The Regulatory Plan Of Underground Space Exploitation In Urban

Taking underground space of new urban central area as a sample, the components of regulatory plan are discussed in this dissertation. Based on the principles of urban regulatory plan, the contents of regulatory plan of underground space should contain five components, which are underground land resource usage control; auxiliary establishment control; construction control of underground architecture; inductive design of underground public space and underground actions control. And explain these five components and computational methods in depth. Lastly, by taking underground exploitation of central area of Qianjiang century cities as an example, some comparisons are made out.
