The Studies On The Operation Management Of The Sanmenxia Hydropower Station

The management system and modes of hydroelectric power plant affects whether runs successfully and the realization of management goals, because of history of nation development, there are gaps in management modes between hydropower stations in china and international advanced stations. With the perfect of market economy and joint with the world, the management and run of hydropower station should accord with market rule step by step.Based on the research of management system and regulations in home and aboard, this paper analyses the problems existing in present management modes of hydropower station, such as: first the low management level; second the large administrative arrangement is and the low efficiency; third lagged technology; forth low benefit etc. applying modern hydropower station management and regulations theory, combined with the variety practice of exert function goal for regulation, presents the methods and measures for developing the modern management models from the long goals: establishing the new style management models, reinforcing the training of management person, accordingly establishing inspiration mechanism; strengthen digital management, enhancing the management level and efficiency; pushing specialization adapt to market economy. This paper used the management and Sanmenxia Hydropower plant as an example for analyzing the management models.
