| ShangHai has a lot of rivers, where the land is low and flat, belong to region of tidal river network. As to gently of hydraulic slope, the river flow is small, influence flood protection and draining water-logged. Meanwhile worse water quality made by pollutant deposit and gather. Water Gate and Pumping Station have been built a long ago, which can't gather the information of hydrographic and operation. So it is difficult to make scientific and rational scheme of water transfer. As a result, this paper designs the automatic system which can monitor hydrographic and operation of the main 93 Water Gates and Pumping Stations, including water-level, height of water gate, the status of power, rainfall, and image of important equipment.This paper designed gross structure and development scheme of automatic system, Base on principle of reliability, security, stabilization and practicability, introducing the detail of development scheme about network service, transfer center, important monitor port and normal monitor port, and choosing the type of equipment about sensor ,image monitor, server and network security. The system have merged the Water data and GIS data, making use of B/S structure, ASP, Oracle 9i and ArcView IMS. Which make user get information of water, rain and operation in time by web browser.This system as one development of shanghai digital water, will facilitate the scientific control and transfer of flood prevention, waterlogging, water-lever, water quality and water flow. |
