By studying the fatigue resistance performance of deficient concrete, two fatigue equation are given and compared with common half rigidity material. It is proved that deficient concrete has excellent fatigue performance. Moreover, according to the characteristics of deficient concrete road surface, finity unit method is used to calculate load stress formula and temperature stress formula of surface roots and grass roots at standard axis hold, single-axis and single-wheel, single-axis and double-wheel and double-axis and double-wheel. As a result, construction skill of deficient concrete in grass roots and proceedings that should be paid attention to is summed up. Quality checking methods, frequency and quality estimation index of deficient concrete in freeway and 1-class highway are given.
